Easy Maintenance
The Ohashi Chipper's are well loved for their easy access to maintenance, helping you reduce downtime and keep your Ohashi on the job. Flaps, covers, and even the hopper, are easy to move out of the way so that places such as the knives, engine, and fan blower can easily be inspected and maintained.
Transport and Accessibility
The Ohashi's compact, lightweight body, and self propelled crawler enables you to easily load or unload it from the back of a truck or trailer. At only 730mm wide, it's easy to fit in amongst the other gear you need to transport around as well.
The Ohashi's 730mm width is ideal for working in tight spaces, such as houses or urban areas, as it is easy to get through gateway's, narrow spaces, and doors.
Chips branches up to 13cm wide
The Ohashi ES131GH Chipper can chip wood and leafy branches up to 13cm wide. With a two stage chipping process, using both chipper knives, and shredder knives, this machine is both efficient and ensures results are well processed (including leaves).
The Ohashi ES131GH Tracked Chipper can be adjusted between Eco mode and Power mode, depending on what sized branches are needing to be chipped. This is a great tool for reducing fuel use, and keeping the machine economical to run.
Auto-feed System
The auto-feed system on the Ohashi Chippers helps reduce engine loading stress and prevents damage. With an automatic hydraulic control system communicating with the feed roller, you can ensure the stable and efficient feeding of materials - no stress.

The extra-wide hopper on the Ohashi makes it easy to feed thick leafy branches into the chipper.
Adjustable high delivery chute
Equipped with a fan forced chute, the Ohashi Tracked Chipper can dispatch chips directly into your truck or a flexi bag. Easily change the dispatch angle on the chute to get the chips in a more accurate place.
Low dispatch unit
Chipping in a place where the high delivery chute might case damage or obstructions? Disable it and enable the low dispatch unit which will dispatch the chips from below.
Easy maintenance access
The Ohashi Chipper is fitted with a series of flaps that provide easy access to key areas such as the knives, blades, oil, engine, and blower. This makes it super quick and easy to keep your chipper in good condition.
