The MG 10000 is a 10 kVA (230V) generator that features a Kubota D1105 Stage 3 engine, which is known for its heavy-duty performance and reliability. The generator is also equipped with an enclosed super silent design that offers unbeatable noise levels of Lwa 79/54dBa@7Mtrs, making it suitable for use in a variety of settings.
One of the unique features of the MG 10000 is its slow RPM, four-pole alternator that has been tested and approved for use with Victron Inverters and other European quality equipment. The generator is also approved for use with HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel, making it suitable for use with both diesel and HVO or a mixture of both fuels.
With a 300 Ltr/Tank, the MG 10000 can run for +/-150 hours at only 2 Ltrs/Hour @75% load, offering unparalleled fuel economy and running time. The fuel cost at 80% load is $3.90/Hour, and the cost of ownership based on life 15000 hours is $1.41/Hour, making it one of the cheapest options available at $1.47/kW.
The generator is also equipped with a digital Deep-Sea Controller, which is an exclusive engine protection shutdown system that displays warnings and engine status information, such as high temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level warning, volts and frequency, running hours, and battery voltage. Other features include an emergency stop button, central lifting eye, mains auto battery charger, engine wear-saving thermostatic controlled block heater, and a selection of 32amp and 15-amp IP-rated outlets.
Designed for customisation options, the MG 10000 is compact, measuring 1115mm (L) x 800mm (W) x 1560mm (H) and weighing 475 kg. The all-European unit is also galvanised and then epoxy coated to suit NZ Coastal climate and offers proven quality, genuine brands with available service.
The MG 10000 comes with a 12-month/1000-hour off-grid warranty and is manufactured in Europe to strict EU standards.
