The NC SW5560 is the flagship of the NC mid-range swivel dumper line-up. As a 6-tonne workhorse, it is built for heavy civil, infrastructure, and earthmoving applications where performance is critical. Designed and manufactured in Northern Ireland, this machine combines raw strength with operator comfort to handle the toughest jobs on New Zealand site.

Powered by a Stage V Doosan D24 diesel engine, the SW5560 delivers 74 HP (55.4 kW) of reliable power. It drives through a twin-mode hydrostatic CVT system with permanent 4-wheel drive, ensuring smooth acceleration and superior traction on difficult terrain. The machine offers a maximum travel speed of 26 km/h for efficient site movement.
Durability and Design
The 180° power swivel skip is constructed from Hardox® steel as standard. It features reinforced 8 mm base plates and high tensile steel sides for superior durability and extended service life. With a 6-tonne payload capacity and a heaped volume of 3,150 litres, the SW5560 is designed to move large volumes of material efficiently. Nitrotec-coated pivot pins further enhance longevity and ease of maintenance.
Safety and Features
Standard features on this model include LED work lighting, an IP67-rated LCD display, and an inclinometer for safe operation. Visibility is maximized with a forward camera system and a 7” LCD monitor. The operator station is protected by a folding ROPS/FOPS cab frame with full access steps.
